(مؤسسة ابتكارات نقطة رؤيا الأمنية) is an engineering-led contractor based in Dammam, serving commercial, industrial and institutional facilities across the Eastern Province. We work on a single principle: life safety and security systems are engineering deliverables, not boxes on a wall — they are only finished when they are designed to code, installed cleanly, tested under load, documented, and handed over to an owner who knows how to operate them.

Our scope covers the full lifecycle of a system. We begin with a site survey and a risk-and-occupancy review, produce shop drawings and equipment schedules for approval, procure equipment from established manufacturers, execute installation with our own supervised crews, and complete testing and commissioning with witnessed results. Every project closes with as-built documentation, device schedules and operator training, so your facility team and your Civil Defence file are aligned from day one.

Because fire protection, security and ELV are delivered by one team, systems that normally sit in separate contracts are coordinated from the start: alarm interfaces to door release and lifts, CCTV routed over the same structured cabling backbone, and cause-and-effect logic tested end to end. That coordination removes the handover gaps and finger-pointing that typically delay Civil Defence inspection and Salamah certification.

After handover, we stay on the asset. Planned preventive maintenance, periodic inspection and testing, extinguisher and pump servicing, spare parts and call-out support keep systems in a certified, ready state through renewals and inspections — across single facilities, warehouses, healthcare suites, hospitality venues and multi-building corporate sites in Dammam, Khobar and Dhahran.
