Overview
This project involved the comprehensive installation of fire protection and security systems for a prominent mid-rise office tower in Dammam. The objective was to ensure complete Civil Defence compliance while providing a secure environment for multiple corporate tenants.
Scope of Work
- Installation of a facility-wide addressable fire detection and alarm system.
- Design and implementation of firefighting networks for all common areas.
- Comprehensive portable fire extinguisher program layout.
- High-definition CCTV surveillance for lobbies, elevators, and circulation routes.
- Integration with central monitoring for 24/7 facility oversight.
Project Completion & Handover
